      Our School is well known in the city for its excellent track record in academic excellence and culture and Sport achievements. We propose to hold our annual day function this year on 20th January at 10 a.m. in the school hall. The Director of Education Minister Mr................. and Prof..................... the renowned poet have already consented to attend the function. 

I shall feel obliged if you kindly Grace the occasion as the chief guest. I would also request you to spare some time from your busy schedule to watch the culture program to be presented by the student. It will follow the function and your presence will be an encouragement to them, if you could send a line in confirmation at the earliest. We will be able to get the invitation card printed .
