     Subject:- Noise Pollution in Delhi

Through your newspaper, I would like to draw the attention of the public and the authorities towards the noise pollution in Delhi. Noise pollution in our city has been causing hearing damage to thousands of people. If it goes on increasing at the present rate it would Rob the resident of the Thickly populated urban area of their normal capacity. The noise pollution emanates from factories and industries, constructed work, aeroplanes flying above louds speaker used on various occasions rock and pop music and vehicle running on the roads.

        The noise Disturbs the people sleep rest and peace. It causes us irritation and mental tension. It affect our Mental and Physical health. Frequent loud noise lower and working efficiency and interrupts the flow of our thoughts. It also resulted in a gradual loss of sense of hearing.

       

        The Authority should enforce the noise control law strictly. The public should see that noise is kept within safe limits. The noise producing factories located in the residential area should be removed immediately. The use of loudspeaker for religious peace preaching should be band.  Noise pollution cannot be controlled unless the public co-operates with the authorities.

   I hope this letter will Open the Eyes of authority and the public to watch this grav problem.
