The problem of pollution is attracting the attention of discerning people in developed countries. Pollution means pollution of air, water and earth's elements . The pressure of increasing population is polluting the air that we breathe. The black smoke emanating from the chimney and from petrol-powered cars and trucks is causing a huge increase in air pollution.
There are millions of vehicles in every metropolitan city that run on petrol or diesel. In addition there are factories and thermal power plants that use coal and contaminate the atmosphere. As a result, people neither get enough oxygen and cause breathing problems. Environmental imbalances have posed a serious threat to the survival of mankind.
The forests are being brutally destroyed. Forest and fossil fuels should not be allowed to be used for cooking purposes. The cutting of trees should be banned, and they result in rainfall and weather changes as a result of removing green cover and destroying wildlife and flora.
Inrastructure wastes have also polluted the clean water of rivers. Carbon monoxide released from factories has contributed to rounding warming or the greenhouse effect. This causes the ozone layer to decay. Industrial waste should be pollution free and smoke free. Planting should be encouraged.
There is a timely need to take initial steps to maintain the ecological balance of nature and curb pollution hazards. I hope that the officers and the public will take necessary steps to cope with this fatal situation.
